1830s Young Lady's Dress | Study or Display
This adorable dress appears to have been made for a young lady, judging by the style and length.
Printed cotton, circa 1830s. Hook and eye closures in the back.
Completely hand sewn.

36" bust, 27" waist, 41.5" length.

The dress is in overall great condition with a few notable flaws. The most obvious is the discoloration to the front. There is also a small tear in the skirt close to the pocket (see photos), and one on the shoulder.
I have not cleaned this dress, and although I have aired it out, it may have a faint odor of mothballs.
